Meet Intermittent fasting or (IF).
So what is IF?
“Intermittent fasting” or (IF) for short, is a term used for various diets that cycle between a period of fasting and non-fasting.
Since I am not an expert in this area, let me introduce to Dr. Mark Mattson.
Dr. Mark is the current Chief of the Laboratory of Neurosciences at the N.I.A “National Institute on Aging”. Also, he’s a professor of Neuroscience at the Johns Hopkins University, and one of the foremost researchers delving in the areas of cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson’s Disease, ALS “Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.”, and Alzheimer’s Disease.
Dr. Mark is going to share with us in this presentation how fasting can amplify our brain power, increase our mental acuity and help us live a longer and more vital life – let’s watch:
