1- Daily Brain Training:

I have discovered that the human brain in many ways is similar to a muscle. It’s highly trainable, and it can adapt & evolve based on the stimuli we give it. This is the essence of what neuroplasticity is all about.

And just like anyone has the power to reshape his/her body and increase the athletic performance through physical training, with cognitive training anyone can significantly increase his or her mental performance over time by forming new neurons & creating new neural pathways.

The best way to do that is to do puzzles, crossword games or use Lumosity.

I started training with Lumosity way before this blog was even born, but I didn’t really take it seriously at first. But when I saw Limitless, I got pumped & motivated, so I started training everyday, for 15 minutes (it’s all it takes).

2- Daily Body Training:

Physical exercise has a direct impact on your mental health and cognitive abilities, according to psychiatrists.

With as little as 30 minutes a day can get you smarter.

Because exercise increases the production of endorphins.

An increase in endorphins has scientifically shown to improve the human ability to handle tasks that deemed to be challenging.

3. Daily Soul Training:

Myths About Meditation

My favorite tool for that is Meditation!

Meditation is a very ancient self-development tool that has been shown to provide wonderful cognitive benefits.

I love Richard Davidson’s, a neuroscientist at the University of Wisconsin, experiment where he actually monitored the brain of the-the Dalai Lama while meditating. The results were astonishing! His finding suggests that long-term, or short-term practice of meditation results in different levels of activity in brain regions that are associated with such qualities as attention, depression, anxiety, anger, fear, the ability of the body to heal itself, and so much more.

If you haven’t tried meditation, I highly recommend that you start today!

I started meditating 2 years ago and now it’s a daily practice that have changed my life. I become so in love with the subject that I started teaching it.

Matter of fact; I am so in love with meditation that I created a whole website dedicated to it. Go check it out below:

lifehack - my daily zen
In conclusions, we can lifehack ourselves into becoming our best possible version. And if you have seen the movie “Limitless” then I am sure you won’t mind being super awesome!

In the Movie, Bradley Cooper’s character used that special scientifically made drug to transform his brain, body, and attitude.

I am a firm believer that we don’t need drugs to get where we want to be!

Above I mentioned three powerful “lifehacks” that can propel you forward in a big way.

And, at the end of the movie, if you watched the movie, of course, Cooper’s character figures out a way to be limitless without the pills.

So keep working hard to advance yourself, and as Norman Vincent Peale said:

“Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.”

To a powerful and limitless you!

Ps. tell me in the comment section below if you have used any of the three hacks I mentioned above. Also, do you have a lifehack of your own that you’d like to share with me and the readers here – remember sharing is caring 🙂
