You are not what you think you are, you are what you think. Let that concept sink in a little bit before you continue reading.
Our thoughts, feelings, and emotions manifest themselves into reality constantly. They shape and form our world. Our lives are dictated by our thoughts. What we think is who we are. There is no way around it.
However, we live in such a hectic age, it’s easy to fall under the spell of social conditioning and succumb to the pressure society and modern way of living bestows on us, not to mention how detrimental all of this is to one’s spiritual and emotional well-being.
A lot of us walk through life in a daze, as if we are walking clueless through a dense fog, failing to see the beauty of life and failing to realize that everything we need is inside us, because we are all inherently free.
We have already been given countless tools by the Universe, we have just somehow, along the way, forgotten how to use them.
Do you ever ask yourself: Why do I keep attracting the same problems in life?
Why do the same negative patterns keep emerging constantly and why am I unable to do anything to change that?
Read on to find out what are the top 3 reasons why you keep attracting the same crap that we really don’t want into our lives day in and day out!
3 Reasons Why You Keep Attracting The Same Problems In Life
1) You Are Negative
Negativity is toxic. Negativity defies and contradicts everything you’re aiming for and everything you want to be. Like attracts like. Negative energy attracts negative energy. Our thoughts are indeed energy. What we release into space comes back at us like a boomerang, it is up to us to channel and filter what we release. We are all a part of one consciousness. We are all a part of one universal love, yet we fail to tap into that energy and let it guide us through life.
What makes us fail constantly is the fact that we cultivate negative instead of positive thoughts and emotions. It’s easy to be bitter, it’s easy to resent people, it’s easy to be toxic, it’s easy to be condescending and judgemental, but do you know what isn’t easy? It’s not easy to forgive. It’s not easy to live and let others live, it’s not easy to love all the good and bad life throws at us equally and without judgment.
Therein lies the key to happiness. Negativity doesn’t free you – it traps you.
It eats you up from the inside and feeds on what’s good in you. It stunts your spiritual growth and leaves you emotionally crippled. All of this creates a vicious cycle of negativity that’s hard to break out of. That is why being negative is something you should most definitely avoid at all costs, if you want to stop attracting the same problems in life.
2) You Let Fear Control You
Do you ever catch yourself acting out of fear? How many times has it happened to you that you don’t go after what you really want because of fear of failure? Only once you set yourself free of all expectations shall you get rid of fear. Fear is, however, natural. It’s one of the most common human emotions, but it’s also a very toxic, low energy emotion. Fear is also a justification. Fear is a defense mechanism most people use on a daily basis to make excuses for themselves and to justify their shortcomings.
Only those who accept and face fear are able to nullify it. Once you accept it – fear ceases to exist. It is simply not there any more. It vanishes. It stops affecting your life.
Fear is sneaky, comes in all shapes, sizes and forms and when we least expect it to come. It sneaks up on us, sometimes subconsciously, and gets inside our minds. Fear is paralyzing and crippling. When we act out of fear, we act irrationally and aggressively and, often times, end up hurting the people we love and ourselves in the process. We are scared of rejection, we are scared of failure – we are, essentially, scared of life. That is why most of us have the same problems arising constantly.
3) You Fail To Be Present
One of the biggest reasons we keep attracting the same problems in life are our habit to live in the past and our habit to leave in the future. Because of this, many people fail to be present in the now. To simply exist in the present moment. Think of it this way: past is set in stone. It’s over. It’s already happened. There is no way to change it, therefore it is not worth thinking, let alone worrying about.
And future? Future is inevitable and yet never never entirely up to us and never predictable. That is why it is completely futile to worry about what hasn’t even occurred yet.
A legitimate question arises: What does it mean to be present? Well, simply put being present means living in the now – staying here, taking a deep breath and soaking in our surroundings, channeling our inner beings into The Universe in this very moment. To be present is to live. Only when we are present are we able to truly live and experience life. Do you want to let it pass you by? No one does and yet, we still do.
We let life slip through our fingers constantly and then we wonder why do we keep attracting the same problems. That is precisely why. It’s ironic, but that is the ultimate truth and the ultimate paradox of our fragile, ego-driven psychological architecture.
Your life is a manifestation of your thoughts. The outer world is a manifestation of your inner world. All the problems that arise in your life are just a bi-product of your own thought process and the emotions that you cultivate and help grow. Once you learn how to use the spiritual tools you have been given when you were born, you will be able to regain control over your life.
It is up to you to decide; Do you want to become your best self?
Everyone deserves a shot at being who they’ve always wanted to be and so do you. The time has come to take your life into your own hands. If you do, you will fall deeply in love with it again. That’s not even a promise, it is simply a law of The Universe.
To a vibrant and successful you!
